During the symposium, representatives from the Party Committee Organization Department outlined the background and significance of the strategic collaboration between the two parties, emphasizing the need to strengthen Party building as a guiding force in jointly serving the construction of Bincheng. Professor Deng Tianlong, Dean of the College of Marine and Environmental Sciences, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Binhai Construction & Investment Group and provided a brief overview of the college's educational history, disciplinary features, and talent development achievements. He stated that the college highly values the cooperation with the Group and hopes to use this exchange as an opportunity to deepen collaboration in scientific research innovation, talent cultivation, student employment, and social services. Yu Liyan, Vice Dean of the College of Economics and Management, and Li Xiang, Vice Dean of the College of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, introduced their respective colleges' disciplinary development, scientific research platforms, and existing foundations and advantages for school-enterprise cooperation, while also proposing suggestions for future collaboration. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on joint technology research, internship and practice base , and customized training programs.

Both parties have agreed to promptly establish regular communication mechanisms, identify key cooperation areas, and refine implementation plans.
