Recently, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation announced the list of the 70th batch of grants from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation in the second half of 2021, and 9 postdoctoral fellows from our school received face-to-face funding. Among them, Dr. Chao Chen received first-class funding, which is the first-class funding for our school again since 2017. In addition, our school also has Liu Qing, Lin Xinghua, Xu Ting, Liu Yanxia, Chen Guiyun, Liu Ying, Hu Jiayin, Yin Lijun 8 young postdoctoral teachers received second-class funding.

The school actively uses the post-doctoral platform to cultivate young teachers' practical ability in enterprises. In 2021, a total of 14 young teachers from our school went to the enterprise's post-doctoral workstation to carry out post-doctoral research work. Three young teachers, Liu Ying, Hu Jiayin, and Yin Lijun, actively carried out scientific research and achievement transformation with enterprises. They cooperated with enterprises to apply for this grant.

The school attaches great importance to the application of postdoctoral funds. In the 69th and 70th batches of China Postdoctoral Science Fund this year, a total of 12 projects were funded, and the number of funded projects increased significantly. The Human Resources Department actively encourages all postdoctoral fellows in our school to apply for projects. This time, a total of 20 postdoctoral funds were applied through our postdoctoral mobile station. In order to improve the level of postdoctoral project application, the Human Resources Department continued to organize the "Expert Guidance Meeting for Postdoctoral Fund Project Application", which was answered by postdoctoral fellows on the spot, and invited relevant experts to guide on the spot, put forward amendments, clarify research ideas, and improve the quality of the application.

The China Postdoctoral Science Fund is a scientific research fund specially established by the state for postdoctoral researchers in the station. The surface funding is the scientific research start-up or supplementary funding provided for postdoctoral researchers to engage in independent innovation research. It can be declared twice a year, in February and August each year. The funding standard is first-class 120,000 yuan/person, second-class 80,000 yuan/person. The number of grants in 2021 is about one-third of the number of people entering the station that year, and it is appropriate for postdoctoral researchers engaged in basic research and conducting innovative research in postdoctoral research workstations.
