Team profile (reflecting research direction) :
The team focuses on the basic research of coastal groundwater resource utilization and pollution control application.And the teamhas conductedseries of scientific researches in the fields of coastal groundwater utilization and protection, groundwater pollution mechanism, hydrogeochemistry, interactions between surface water and groundwater, hydrology and water resources, salinization of reservoir water, and carbon sequestration of natural ecosystems. The team has formed advantages in coastal groundwater resource calculation, groundwater water-quality numerical simulation, pollution risk assessment and remediation techniques forsoil and groundwater, groundwater management, carbon sinkassessment ofcarbonate weathering,etc.
